Scope
This site is operated by BAF Saat Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi and uses the Shopify platform. The information you share during orders and support is used to process the transaction and fulfill relevant legal obligations. Account and transaction security
Keep your account login details confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity regarding your order or account, please notify us at info@bafsaat.com. Access and communication security are prioritized in the secure use of the site and payment platform; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for any online system.
Payment information
Enter your payment information only on the payment screen through the relevant payment service. Do not send card numbers, card security codes, or passwords via email, contact forms, or WhatsApp. These channels are not used to collect payment information.
Communication and notifications
Customer support is available via WhatsApp and email Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Notifications regarding orders or services are handled separately from marketing and promotional communications. For communications requiring marketing consent, the relevant consent terms apply.
Other services and cookies
Third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Maps have their own privacy terms. Information about cookies on the site is available on the Cookie Policy page.
Shopify and service providers
Shopify processes the information necessary to operate the site when you visit the store and make purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is active in our store. As part of this, Shopify may offer enhanced services by evaluating your interactions in our store together with your interactions with other stores and Shopify. To provide the service, your information may be shared with Shopify and service providers located abroad. For details, you can review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and make preferences or requests on the Shopify Privacy Portal.
You can change your preferences regarding non-essential cookies using the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of the page. This preference does not automatically delete records required for transactions such as orders and invoices.
Order and business records
Order and product information may be processed through Paraşüt for accounting and invoicing purposes. Necessary order and customer information for internal sales, inventory, and cost tracking may be kept in restricted-access local Excel records. Customer support communications are conducted through our corporate email service, Titan. For requests regarding information, corrections, or deletion, you can use the application methods on the Personal Data Protection page.
